Mission statement

The Advanced Frontal Sinus Surgery Course is an annual course run by Prof Anshul Sama and a very eminent international faculty. It aims to provide high quality training to Consultants and Fellows with an interest and practice in Advanced Sinus Surgery. Through a series of lectures and hands-on dissection of fresh frozen cadavers, delegates will be talked through all aspects of this complex field, from Anatomy, all Draf procedures through to osteoplastic flaps and frontal sinus obliteration procedures.

The course benefits from a highly respected international faculty with lecturers and demonstrators from USA, France, Greece, Italy, Turkey and the UK.

The course also benefits from generous support from Medtronic, Olympus and Storz, so each dissection table is complete with all the equipment and instruments you would be expect to have in a well-equipped theatre including image guidance (electromagnetic and optical) and up-to-date powered instruments.
